Hot water immersion method

Incision soaking


Cut the chestnut in half, remove the shell, soak in boiling water for 5 minutes, and peel it while it is hot. Theory proves that this method is easy to peel.


Salt water immersion


Pour the chestnut directly into the salt water for 5 minutes, then cut a cut with a knife, and remove the shell and skin while it is hot. The chestnuts peeled this way are quite intact.


Refrigerator freezing method

Microwave oven method
